The French Tacos was born in Lyon in the early 2000s and quickly became the king of French street food. Nobody knows why it's called a taco. It has nothing to do with Mexico. What matters is that it made it to Cork.

We were the first to bring it here, to MacCurtain Street in the Victorian Quarter. Every tacos starts the same way: a wheat wrap folded and grilled, a base of fries and our homemade fromagère. The rest is your creativity.

We cook French recipes with Irish produce. Our burgers use 100% Irish beef, prepared daily by our butcher.
